In today’s economic climate, job stability and good pay are high on the list of priorities for those entering the job market. Additionally, a career in OHS offers a wide variety of avenues which means more opportunities.

If you enjoy travel, choosing a job in OHS where you act as a safety inspector or Health and Safety Consultant can mean working in new locations and on new sites often. Just one of the many perks of the job, in my opinion!

Make a difference & help teach others!

Our jobs help to ensure that workers get home to their families at the end of their day. Working in a career where I can make a tangible difference is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job for me.

Teaching others is a natural component to a career in the OHS sphere. As a Safety Consultant, you consult with employers and help teach employees how to stay safe on the job. Alternatively, you could become an instructor and teach OHS courses!
